How do I create an account?
Download Zero Emission from the App Store and tap Sign Up on the welcome screen. Enter your email and a password, or tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple for instant access. Once signed in, you'll be prompted to add your first electric vehicle before reaching the home screen.
How do I add a vehicle to my garage?
From the Home tab, tap Add Vehicle +. Select your vehicle's make from the grid (Tesla, BMW, Audi, and many more), then choose your model and year. Optionally enter your VIN — this can be found on your dashboard or door frame — then tap Add Vehicle. You can add as many vehicles as you need.
How do I book a service appointment?
Tap the Book tab at the bottom of the screen. Select the vehicle you want to service, then choose one or more services from the menu. Tap Book a Time, pick your preferred date and time slot, and confirm. You'll receive a booking summary immediately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password? below the password field. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you signed up via Google or Apple, use those sign-in options instead.
Where can I view my service history?
Your past appointments are visible on the Home tab, under the Past Appointments section below your vehicle cards. Each entry shows the services performed, the date, and the vehicle. Tap any appointment for a full breakdown. You can also access appointment history from the Profile tab.
Can walk-in customers use the app?
The Zero Emission app is designed for booked appointments, which helps us ensure your vehicle gets the time and attention it deserves. Walk-in customers are welcome at our workshop, but we recommend booking through the app to guarantee availability. Booking takes less than two minutes.
The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
First, make sure you're running the latest version of Zero Emission — open the App Store, search for Zero Emission, and tap Update if available. If the issue persists, close the app fully and reopen it. Try restarting your iPhone. If crashes continue, delete and reinstall the app (your data is stored securely in the cloud and will be restored on sign-in). Contact us if the problem remains.
Can I manage multiple vehicles under one account?
Yes — there's no limit on the number of vehicles you can add to your garage. Each vehicle has its own service history, upcoming appointments, and profile. Simply tap Add Vehicle + from the Home tab anytime.

If something isn't working as expected, follow these steps before contacting us.

Check for app updates

Open the App Store and search for Zero Emission. If an Update button is shown, tap it. Most bugs are resolved in the latest release.

Force-close and reopen the app

Swipe up to open the app switcher. Swipe up on the Zero Emission card to close it. Wait a few seconds, then reopen the app.

Check your internet connection

Zero Emission requires a live internet connection. Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off in Settings to refresh your connection.

Restart your iPhone

Hold the side button and a volume button, then slide to power off. Wait 30 seconds, power back on, and relaunch Zero Emission.

Delete and reinstall the app

Long-press the icon and tap Remove App → Delete App. Reinstall from the App Store. Your account and history are stored in the cloud — signing back in restores everything.

We collect your email address, name, and vehicle information solely to provide the booking and service history features. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Export your data

You have the right to a copy of all personal data we hold. Send a request and we'll deliver a full export within 30 days to your registered email.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us. Deletion is irreversible and removes all vehicles, appointments and personal information within 14 days.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication and do not store passwords in plain text.
